Get an Exclusive Look at the Princess Grace Rose Garden

Bonjour! I recently had an amazing opportunity to visit our friends at Meilland International in France. There, I got an up-close look at their newest roses and spent time with top rose experts from around the world. One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the nearby country of Monaco to see the Princess Grace Rose Garden.

The original Rose Garden opened in June 1984, at the request of Prince Rainier III who wanted to create a place in memory of his wife, Princess Grace. Last year, the new Princess Grace Rose Garden opened. At more than an acre, it is larger than the original, and features 300 different varieties of roses – and more than 8,000 rose bushes!

This rose garden was really spectacular and was filled with perfectly shaped blooms and memorable fragrance -- I think the photos speak for themselves. Come back later this week to see more photos and a video of the garden.
